Return Policy

We offer a 7-day trial period on all guitars.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the guitar within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The guitar is returned in the same condition as it was received.
• It includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the instrument is properly packed and insured.

Once the guitar is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Any damage or signs of use beyond normal evaluation may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
